Common questions

A Pro or online feature is not responding. Make sure you have an internet connection, then reopen the app and try again. If it still fails, email us with the app name and the screen where it happened.

I bought Pro on another device. Open Settings → tap Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel Pro? Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → LiftLog: Local Lifting → Cancel.

How do I delete my data? Delete the app from your iPhone. Everything is stored on-device so it goes with it.
